Shipping Policies

 

Shipping within Canada

Shipping within Canada, by UPS, is available automatically during the checkout process. Please contact us to inquire about shipping by other carriers.

Chocolate must be shipped quickly, particularly during warm weather, and may require special, insulated packaging.

Multiple shipping options may be available for your order when you check out. Please note that ground shipping may not be appropriate for your order, even if it is offered as an option. Depending on the weather, your location, and the items in your order (particularly fragile/meltable items such as truffles), we may contact you to change your shipping method if you select ground shipping (or to accept the risk that your order will arrive as a puddle).

Shipping to other countries (including the United States)

Given the delicate nature of chocolate, shipping to other countries may or may not be feasible, and the cost may be prohibitive even when it is possible. Please contact us directly if you are interested in having an order shipped outside of Canada.

Returns

In general, returns can not be accepted on perishable items. If you have concerns about your order when it arrives, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Local Delivery

It is occassionally possible to arrange for orders to be delivered directly to locations within approximately 125km of the shop. If you would be interested in having an order delivered, please contact us for more information.
