Shipping & Delivery

We offer three methods for getting our chocolate into your hands:

Shipping

In cooler weather, orders can be shipped via next- or second-day methods, such as Canada Post XPresspost or CanPar Select service. Prices start at about $15 within Ontario to about $45 (depending on the destination and carrier) throughout Canada for major cities, but will be higher for remote locations and addresses outside of Canada.

In warm weather (above 21°C/70°F), insulative packaging and next-day shipping are required to ensure that your order reaches you safely. The extra packaging will add to the shipping cost.

Since the exact cost of shipping depends on your location, your order, and the weather, we don’t have a shipping calculator, so we will contact you following your order with information on shipping options and prices—or feel free to ask about shipping before deciding on your order.

Local Delivery

It is generally possible to arrange for orders to be delivered directly to locations within approximately 125km of Millbrook, Ontario. If you would be interested in having an order delivered, please contact us for more information.

Pick-Up

For those located near Millbrook, or attending a show where we have a booth, please contact us if you would like to make arrangements to pick up an order. Please note that all pick-up is by prior appointment only at this time.
